3D Scanning & 3D Printing
CDD employs a full suite of prototyping techniques including both 3D scanning and 3D printing technologies, enabling ultra-rapid development of new prototype parts as well as the creation of composite versions of existing non-composite parts.

Ply Sequence Development
Using the latest ply modelling software and the company’s own database of composite material options, CDD is able to design the composite laminate that best matches each customer’s requirements. Laminate ply books detailing the most efficient.

Fully traceable automated ply cutting and kitting operations optimise production speed and material utilization throughout the manufacturing process.

CNC Robotic Trimming
Cured and demoulded composite components are quickly processed in high-precision CNC robotic trimming operations guaranteeing consistently high-quality parts.
